Brochure is the medium which delivers the messages of a certain product or subject to the possible clients or consumers. The FEU-East Asia College's Brochure primarily focused in its Unique Selling Preposition (USP), a marketing concept that proposed as to explain a pattern among successful advertising campaigns and a uniqueness of the brand or a claim not otherwise made in that particular field of advertising.
